Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Strengthen Physical Therapy, Inc., you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical capabilities, determining individualized treatment requirements.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise programs, to address patients' specific impairments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on geriatric patients and residents recovering from surgeries or injuries. This role requires an understanding of the unique challenges faced by older adults and individuals with complex medical histories. You will work closely with residents who may have mobility limitations, chronic pain, or neurological conditions, offering compassionate care that addresses their rehabilitation needs and goals.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• A formal education comprising a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Advanced qualifications, including a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, are preferred.
