Human Resources Coordinator (Generalist)

Job Description Worth Credit Union Headquarters, 1905 Forest Ridge Dr., Bedford, Texas, United States of America Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00. Hours may vary depending on current projects and deadlines. Summary The Human Resources Coordinator reports to the AVP – Human Resources, under general direction of senior HR leadership. This generalist position provides administrative and operational support, including recruiting and onboarding activities, payroll processing, employee file maintenance, addressing employee questions and concerns, coordinating special projects and activities, and other activities in support of the department. Requirements Candidate must have 1–3 years relevant/preparatory experience as a Human Resources Generalist or similar role. Required skills: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Windows 11, MS Office 365, Adobe (or other electronic document system), and HRIS applications (preferably Dayforce). Must maintain strict confidentiality, communicate clearly and tactfully in writing and verbally, and work effectively under pressure in a deadline‑driven environment. Financial institution experience, preferably in a credit union, is helpful.
