Pediatric RN | San Luis Obispo, CA
Provide compassionate pediatric care in one of California’s most beautiful coastal communities. We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Pediatric RN to join a collaborative healthcare team in San Luis Obispo, CA—supporting infants, children, and families through exceptional patient-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients from newborns to adolescents
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage treatments safely
Respond confidently to pediatric emergencies and acute care situations
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Float and cross-train in NICU as needed
What You’ll Bring:
Active RN license in California
Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience required
PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications required
Experience with newborn step-down care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
