Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Garden Grove, CA
Duration: 4 months

Duties:

• Supports the Customer Service team with high-volume administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and order management activities.
• This role contributes to maintaining accurate system data, supporting customer communication, and executing key business initiatives, including a project updating pricing on open orders.
• The position works closely with Customer Service, Planning, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely processing of requests, improved workflow efficiency, and consistent customer experience.

Education

• Education Level Degree or Program of Study Required/Preferred
• HS Diploma or GED Required
• Intermediate Excel Skills are required.
• ssociates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred/Desired
