We are looking for an honest, friendly and professional individual that likes to deliver exceptional experience and exceed expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome patients and check them in for their appointments.
· Help patients schedule appointments and resolve their questions.
· Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments.
· Verify insurance benefits and insurance breakdowns.
· Assist the dental team with daily administrative tasks.
· Flexibility with day-to-day tasks.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications:
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Professional, friendly and dependable.
· Comfortable using computers and dental practice management software.
· Previous dental front-office experience preferred, but not required.
Requirements:
· Must be willing to travel between two locations, Corona and Moreno Valley.
· Must be willing to work in person only.
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
