We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator and Team Leader for a busy practice to join our friendly and successful team. Our ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, can multi-task and can prioritize self and others. Do you have a strong ability to motivate patients and our team with enthusiasm and a profession and positive attitude. You will have strong leadership abilities and a calm nature and you lead by example of success and take pride in time management. We are a single doctor practice with a strong patient base. You will have at least 2-years experience. We are team players and take great pride in our patient's experience and team practice success. This is a full-time position. Dental experience is required. We are paperless and digital. We look forward to hearing from you.
- Candidate MUST Have Treatment Coordinating Experience
- Knowledge of PPO Insurances is a Plus.
- Insurance Billing Experience - Bilingual Spanish is a MUST !
Duties:
- Leader of our Team as Office Manager
- Set Performance Goals for Team
- Treatment Plan Presentation: Case Acceptance with Scheduling
- Comfortable with Fee for Service Presentation
- Review of Treatment Tracker wins/opportunities
- Posting Payments and Collections
- Must Be Familiar with Billing for PPO
- Competitive Salary: Depending on Skill and Experience.
