Experienced PERIODONTAL DENTAL SPECIALTY Treatment Coordinator with Growth Opportunity into Office & Operations Management.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and career-driven Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing patient-centric, family style caring specialty Periodontal practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in patient communication, practice growth, and financial coordination — and who is looking to advance into upper-level management and leadership opportunities within the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident with treatment presentation and collections, and passionate about helping both patients and the practice succeed.

Key Responsibilities Present and explain treatment plans with confidence and compassion Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize production and efficiency Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements Manage billing, claims follow-up, and collections Monitor and improve accounts receivable and aging reports Support patient acquisition and new patient conversion strategies Reactivate inactive patients and maintain patient retention systems Assist with internal and external marketing initiatives Build strong patient relationships and deliver exceptional customer service Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to achieve office goals Help develop systems and workflows that support future growth and management expansion. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar dental front office role. Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Experience with treatment acceptance and financial coordination. Understanding of accounts receivable and aging management Marketing and patient growth experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Leadership mindset with desire for long-term career advancement Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar dental software experience preferred. Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required.
