Office AssistantThe administration office for the local Avis Budget is looking for an office assistant to assist in daily administrative tasks. This position takes place in our administrative office in town, not the airport counter.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain documentation for rental car fleetPrepare and process electronic transfers and payments, and check runsProvide supporting documentation for auditsAssist Controller and Fleet with various duties as assigned by ManagerDaily trips to pick up and deliver assorted paperwork to various locations in Rapid City area.Responsible for outgoing mail preparation.Assist in answering incoming phone calls.Key CompetenciesSelf-starterAttention to detail and accuracyProficient in: Data entry and management. 10-key and Qwerty MS Office, specifically Excel Verbal and written communication Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.Clean driving record and valid driver's license.Willing to submit a pre-employment background check & drug screen.What We Offer:$16-$18/hour DOE35-40 hours per weekExcellent Store CultureHealth and Dental InsuranceLife InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Vacation and Sick Leave for Full-Time Employees401k (with company match)Ford IncentivesAvis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
