Campo Pizza is part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, a growing community of food and beverage concepts. As our newest addition, Campo is already generating serious buzz with Roman-style pies that are crispy, airy, and fermented for 72+ hours. Built thoughtfully by an experienced team, it’s a concept that’s still evolving and one you can help shape.
We’re building a kitchen culture centered on serving - both our guests and each other. That means taking pride in the details, respecting the process, and showing up as a team every day.

What You’ll Do
- Execute Roman-style pizzas with precision, honoring the dough, process, and ingredients
- Support prep, fermentation, and service workflows built for consistency and speed
- Own your station from setup through service and breakdown
- Communicate clearly to keep service smooth, efficient, and positive
- Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace (mise en place always)
- Stay curious: learn the “why” behind our techniques and menu
- Step in to help teammates without hesitation - we’re building this together

Compensation + Perks
- $20–$25+/hour (based on experience)
