Our facilities offer a rewarding work environment with an opportunity to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Business Office Management responsibilities:
- Maintain adequate office supplies and equipment for use in business office
- Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis to the governing body as required and directed
- Ensure the "Resident Bill of Rights" is adhered to in matters related to the business office duties
- Maintain facility insurance programs
- Keep informed on all local, state, and federal requirements related to the position
- Maintain an accurate resident census on a daily basis
- Handle all correspondences related to the business office function
- Verify resident accounts, verify charges, and transmit accurate information for billing
- Maintain accurate employee files and information, ensuring Department of Health requirements are met
- Collect, input, and report time card information to payroll
- Investigate any employee concerns and work with staff and Administration to resolve
- Routinely update the employee contact list
- Process new employees and follow the HR Orientation checklist
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Promote positive community interaction
- Management experience preferred
