Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at City Commercial Management, Irvine, CA office. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing a variety of daily tasks including: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Schedule and manage maintenance requests Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist the property management and administrative teams with day-to-day operations Qualifications 12 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience Real estate or professional services experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor with a dependable work ethic Knowledge of AppFolio is a plus Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred Why join CityCom?
