No previous sales background? No problem. Training and guidance are provided to help you understand the role, develop your communication skills, and become comfortable working with clients. Rather than spending your day searching for random prospects, you'll have access to leads and opportunities involving individuals who have expressed interest in receiving information. This is a virtual position. Client meetings and communication are conducted remotely. You won't have to figure everything out alone. Work alongside a remote team and receive coaching, guidance, and ongoing support as you develop. For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibilities and advance within the organization.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Remote Sales Associate, you may be responsible for: Meeting with prospective clients virtually Conducting appointments through Zoom and other communication platforms Learning about clients' needs and priorities Explaining available coverage and benefit options Answering questions in a professional and easy-to-understand manner Following up with prospective and existing clients Building strong, long-term client relationships Managing your appointments and daily activities Maintaining organized client information Participating in virtual team meetings Completing ongoing training and professional development Working toward individual performance goals Developing sales, communication, and leadership abilities

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL REMOTE SALES ASSOCIATE?
