Key Supervisor Responsibilities: The Lead Supervisor plays a vital role in the fast‑paced environment, supporting restaurant operations alongside team members. You will help execute Company policies, procedures, and programs that ensure success in building sales and driving profitability. Your responsibilities include: Providing daily supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts to maintain and enhance Company standards. Modeling professionalism and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages team excellence. Maximizing restaurant financial success through productive, guest‑focused shifts. Opening and/or closing the restaurant in compliance with Company policies. Providing supervisory support during shifts outside of opening or closing times.
