We are seeking to hire an Office Administrator & Leasing person to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Please note our Company has been in business for over 32 years and treat our staff like the Professional they are realizing every team member contributes toward building a better company. Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Assist in updating tenant information in the computer
  • Lease Apartments
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized electronic filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • A people person with outgoing personality
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Fast at learning new computer software.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick to learn & utilize new computer software
  • Excellent computer skills Microsoft office & google docs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
