Position Type : Permanent
Specialty : Physician Oncology
Location : Oregon.
Shift : 8 hour days + on call
- Patient Population: Adult hematology and oncology patients
- Setting: Outpatient free-standing cancer center
- Responsibilities: Outpatient clinic visits, infusion collaboration, shared call coverage, multidisciplinary cancer care
- Required Procedures: Medical Oncology and/or Hematology management
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: Nurse infusion team, onsite pharmacy, nurse navigation, radiation oncology onsite
- Days Per Month: Full-time or Part-time schedule
- On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 call rotation including one weekend (primarily critical lab calls)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain)
- BLS and DEA (or able to obtain)
- Clean malpractice history with NPDB Self Query Report
