Systems & Data Project Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Systems & Data Project Support Analyst for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate with extensive experience supporting ERP environments such as SAP ECC and S/4HANA across crossfunctional projects .

Rate Range: $54/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Systems & Data Project Support Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Create, maintain, and govern SAP master data (Material, BOM, configuration, and tables) within SAP ECC and S/4HANA to meet business requirements.
• Support crossfunctional projects by providing master data expertise, managing data setup, and assisting with UAT planning and execution.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by applying data governance standards, conducting audits, and performing regular quality checks.
• Collaborate with business, IST, and technical teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve datarelated issues across project lifecycles.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Excel and audit tools to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Proactively identify data and project risks, recommend process improvements, and support smooth system testing, cutover, and postgolive activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of handson SAP Master Data Management experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven expertise in SAP master data areas such as Material, BOM, configuration, and table maintenance, with strong data governance and quality management skills.
• Demonstrated project support experience, including UAT participation, crossfunctional collaboration, and strong analytical capability using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL or Power BI/Tableau is a plus.

Pay Details: $54.00 to $57.00 per hour
