Youth Independent Living - Case Manager

Life Skills Coach/Case Manager - Young Adult Independent Living Program As a full‑time Life Skills Coach at YouthQuest’s Independent Living Apartment Program, you will actively engage with young adults ages 17‑21 preparing for a successful transition into the community. You will serve as a positive role model, supporting residents in developing money management skills, obtaining employment, completing their education as applicable, learning daily living skills, and exploring career development opportunities. You will contribute to the formulation and implementation of resident transitional living plans and assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties. Education and Experience Required The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in any field plus at least two years of experience providing case‑management services to children and families; OR a human services Bachelor’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with experience providing case‑management services to children/youth and their families preferred; OR a human services Master’s degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with a student placement that provided case‑management services to children/youth and their families.
