Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients upon intake to understand their needs and challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personal interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of each client undergoing detoxification.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in building resilience and coping strategies.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational guidelines, ensuring accountability and client confidentiality.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and peer support specialists, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

Your primary focus will be on individuals transitioning through detoxification processes, often facing substance use disorders and associated mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with no disciplinary actions and the ability to practice in Arizona.
