Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with clients, offering evidence-based treatment for a variety of emotional and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Brightside psychiatric providers, to craft and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
\n
• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care.
\n
• Maintain streamlined and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations and receive ongoing support from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client focus includes adults and adolescents facing various emotional and mental health challenges including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related disorders. By providing a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients gain insights into their struggles, develop coping strategies, and work towards effective solutions throughout their treatment program.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required for this position.
\n
• An active and unrestricted State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with diverse patient populations and foster a welcoming therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a detox or outpatient mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Experience engaging with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill set.
