Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients via telehealth, including assessments and treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop culturally responsive and trauma-informed treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

• Maintain organized and timely documentation through our structured Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with BBS and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in optional peer supervision, continuing education opportunities, and case consultation to enhance your clinical practice.

• Provide care that reflects your chosen clinical orientation, whether it be strengths-based, somatic, relational, or integrative, ensuring alignment with our holistic treatment philosophy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults dealing with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and other co-occurring issues. You will be instrumental in creating a supportive therapy environment, offering guidance and strategies to help clients overcome personal barriers and achieve their recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, preferably with telehealth experience.

• Proficient in utilizing EHR software, video conferencing platforms, and other essential remote work tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on thorough documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
