Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting ensure SLA compliance analyse system performance trends and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

ServiceNow Application Workflow Developer

Location: USA (Remote/Hybrid)
Experience: 8 Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design develop and enhance enterprise workflow solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain custom scoped applications using ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies ACLs and Notifications.
• Develop and support REST API integrations with third-party applications.
• Perform platform upgrades testing deployments and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Improve platform performance reliability and automation capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer scripting APIs and integrations.
• Experience developing custom scoped applications.
• Knowledge of CMDB MID Server Discovery and Asset Management.
• Experience with platform upgrades update sets reports and dashboards.
• Strong JavaScript and web development skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK) and VS Code development is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Now Assist for Creator and AI-powered development tools is a plus.

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Experience with ITOM CSM Event Management and Orchestration.
• Financial Services or Banking domain experience.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - SaaS.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60000 to $135000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors including your geographical location minimum wage obligations skills and relevant experience. Based on the position the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options disability insurance paid time off (inclusive of sick leave) other paid and unpaid leave options.
