Are you an experienced machinist who enjoys troubleshooting, setup work, and producing quality parts? We are seeking a Production Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position plays a key role in machine setup, operation, quality control, and basic equipment maintenance.

Production Machinist - 3rd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.90 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am )

• Set up and prepare machines for production runs
• Load programs and adjust tooling as needed
• Perform tool changes and offset adjustments
• Operate CNC machining and laser cutting equipment
• Conduct first-piece inspections using measuring tools
• Monitor product quality to meet specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with minor repairs
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Complete production and maintenance documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and productivity

Production Machinist - 3rd Shift Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or machining experience
• Basic CNC or Swiss lathe knowledge
• Machine setup experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent attendance and reliability
