Industrial Sewing Machine Operators Needed!

Pay: $19-$20/hr (potential flexibility for highly experienced candidates)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating commercial sewing equipment, performing garment repairs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and organized work area. 

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing and repair equipment
• Perform product inspections and garment repairs
• Document repair work completed
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines (must be industrial- not just home sewing machines)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand English instructions
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. and perform repetitive hand movements
• Spanish-speaking candidates welcome; must be able to read English
