Job Description
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project performance to ensure adherence to scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Coordinate activities among multiple prime contractors and stakeholders.
- Manage sequencing, site logistics, conflict resolution, and schedule integration.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across all prime contractors.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Strong Procore experience.
- Experience coordinating and managing multi-prime construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
