Position Overview Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General OB/GYN to join our growing Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care across a diverse patient population within Greater Boston and supporting academic programs. Opportunity Highlights Work with an established team of seven General OB/GYN physicians Schedule of four clinical days and one dedicated administrative day per week Academic appointment through Tufts University School of Medicine commensurate with experience Teaching and mentoring of OB/GYN residents and medical students Strong subspecialty support across the full spectrum of women's health services Access to clinical research opportunities through the Department and the Mother Infant Research Institute (MIRI) Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package About the Department The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is committed to advancing women's health through excellence in patient care, education, research, and advocacy. Physicians provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care across Tufts Medicine and serve a diverse patient population. Programs include Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Family Planning, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, and Urogynecology. Research & Education Faculty and trainees are engaged in clinical, translational, and laboratory research focused on improving reproductive healthcare outcomes, including maternal health, diabetes in pregnancy, cervical cancer prevention, health equity, access to care, and women’s health across the lifespan. The department supports an ACGME‑accredited OB/GYN residency program and fellowship programs. Candidate Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care Interest in teaching and academic medicine Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Compensation Salary range: $297,130 – $328,000 annually.
