Responsible for cooking and preparing all menu items from scratch in accordance with rules, policies, and standards set by the Chef and the restaurant
Team player in food preparation and portioning prior to service, during off-peaks periods, or as assigned
Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment
Other duties as assigned
