Perform emergency procedures including intubation, central line placement, suturing, and other resuscitative measures. Collaborate with specialty backup services (surgery, neuro, cardiology, OBGYN, ortho) for patient management. Supervise and work alongside nurse practitioners and physician assistants (NPPAs). Document patient encounters in Epic EMR and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
