Position Overview

We are actively searching for a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Imaging Specialist to join our expanding imaging team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive array of ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging.
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly explaining each aspect of the process with dignity and respect.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and overseeing physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring functionality at all times.
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain up-to-date patient records in electronic medical systems.
• Stay informed about advancements in sonography techniques and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Education and Credentials

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline.
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program.

Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is highly recommended.
