Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple functions. This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidatesPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesProactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experienceMaintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openingsEnsure compliance with all employment laws and company hiring policiesSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsProvide regular updates and reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progressQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionExperience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing and networking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levelsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in manufacturing, consumer goods, or high-volume environmentsKnowledge of employment laws and hiring best practicesExperience with recruitment marketing or employer branding initiativesKey CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyResults-driven with a sense of urgencyProfessionalism and confidentiality
