Limbach

Limbach is seeking a Contract Administrator to review, monitor, and enter downstream contracts for the Operational Finance Shared Services Department in Tampa, ensuring compliance with legal, insurance, and limits of authority while coordinating with branch management and the legal team. You will prepare and track purchase agreements and subcontracts, collect insurance documents, analyze terms, enter contracts in Viewpoint, and resolve invoice exceptions to keep change orders in place. #J-18808-Ljbffr
