Manager Processing
Responsible for the activities of the Surgical Services Sterile Processing department, including 24-hour accountability for facilitating patient care delivery, planning, and evaluation of services for Surgical Services and other patient care areas requiring decontamination, preparation and sterilization. Provides instrumentation, supplies, and equipment necessary within the surgical environment.

Skills and Certifications
Does the candidate have a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience?
Are you certified in sterile processing or willing to obtain within 12 months?
Five years management experience?
Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement including LEAN principles?
The ideal candidate will be looking for an opportunity to work with a progressive, growing healthcare system who is looking for the opportunity to ensure the patient is at the center of care and have the ability to lead in this direction.
