Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Patrol Compliance Coordinator in Mountain View, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely response to security-related concerns. - Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies, escalating unusual or prohibited activity as appropriate.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders regarding incidents and security-related observations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
