Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality standards and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in managing kitchen operations and ensure food safety practices are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in a busy kitchen.
- Contribute to menu development and enhance culinary offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Leadership qualities and ability to work well under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Schedule
Part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
