Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

\n

\n

Join a New York leader in corporate interiors who have a full pipeline of work and keep getting busier.

\n

\n

While the firm completes many projects in the $2m-10m range, they've completed projects of up to $100m, with several large projects coming up.

\n

\n

They're looking for a Senior PM to lead these larger projects and oversee the teams delivering them, acting as the point person for clients and managing key accounts.

\n

\n

Projects will be Manhattan and will include corporate interiors, hospitality and specialty projects, lobby renovations, amenity spaces, rooftops, and MEP/ Infrastructure upgrades for many blue-chip clients and many of the city's largest landlords and building owners.

\n

\n

Why it’s worth considering:

\n
    \n
  • You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team, many who have grown their whole careers within the firm
    • \n
  • You’ll work with an established and growing mid-sized business that is known for high-quality work
    • \n
  • Great culture that the firm is rightly proud of, with high staff retention levels - very little turnover
    • \n
  • Additional bonuses tied to project profitability
    • \n
\n

\n

On offer:

\n
    \n
  • Base salary $175,000 - $250,000
    • \n
  • Performance + project bonuses
    • \n
  • Health/ dental/ vision plans
    • \n
  • 401k with company match
    • \n
  • Profit sharing plan
    • \n
\n

\n

About you:

\n
    \n
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a Lead/ Senior PM on commercial interior projects in NYC
    • \n
  • Experience running projects in a Senior PM capacity, with oversight of more junior PM’s and APM's
    • \n
  • Proven experience running corporate interior projects above $10m+ in NYC
    • \n
  • Proficiency in Procore
    • \n
  • A college degree in a construction-related field is preferred but not essential
    • \n
