Senior HR & Talent Operations Manager

The City of Chicago seeks a Manager of Human Resources to lead a large HR division within a city department, reporting to a senior manager. This exempt role oversees talent management, onboarding, recruitment, training, workforce planning and labor relations, ensuring compliance with city policies.
