JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic individual that is proactive, builds tremendous relationships, has experience with and a passion for finding talent where others cannot. The position is remote with travel to industry and school events. Travel will vary by year and the size of the team but will be up to 30%.

SALARY RANGE : $100,000 - $110,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develops a recruiting plan/strategy and executes accordingly
• Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions
• Makes initial candidate contact, builds relationships and networks with prospective candidates to increase interest level in current and/or future Elite Dental Partners' job opportunities
• Uses job sites, news, blog sources and other social networking sites to identify and engage both passive and active candidates
• In partnership with marketing and recruiting leadership, focus on recruitment marketing to expand reach and increase candidate activity
• Participate and often times lead recruiting efforts at industry and school events
• Lives Elite Dental Partners' purpose and values and serves as a brand ambassador on social media outlets, in school recruiting efforts and among other opportunities for positive exposure for the company

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree with a business or human resources emphasis
• Two (2) years of dentist recruiting experience, physician recruiting experience in a similar healthcare model may also be considered
• Master of external source development utilizing sites and social media to engage candidates
• Experience and contacts with dental schools in our footprint is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interviews and events
• Collaborative, supportive approach when leading all in an efficient, effective interview process
• Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and building relationships
• Fueled by a challenge and driven to add clinicians to provide access to care for patients
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills: proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 30% travel may be required
• Working in an office environment
• Ability to move and or lift up to 25lbs

Salaried Rate

$100,000—$110,000 USD
