What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients with physical disorders or wound care needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all care in electronic records
• Provide patient, family, and caregiver education and counseling
• Communicate effectively with team members about patient care and progress
• Supervise and support rehabilitation aides, students, or assistants
• Participate in meetings, training, and in-services as required
• Ensure all regulatory and clinical documentation standards are met

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
