Accounting Assistant/ Bookkeeper (Entertainment Clients)

I'm currently partnering with a well-established business management firm that is looking to add a Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants exposure to a variety of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities. Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Assist with month-end close and financial reporting activities Record journal entries and support general ledger maintenance Assist with payroll processing and related reporting Track and categorize expenses across multiple accounts and entities Prepare reports and schedules for management review Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed Support ad hoc accounting and administrative projects Qualifications: 2–3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a public accounting, business management, family office, or professional services environment is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Navigate Search
