Role Description The Accounts Receivable Clerk is a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for processing customer invoices, recording payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate and timely cash application. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will monitor ageing reports, follow up on past-due accounts, and help resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and external partners. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records and preparing statements. The role also involves responding to inquiries professionally and contributing to continuous improvements to billing and collections processes. Qualifications Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices Prepare and send monthly accounts statements for all customers Track and record all receipts accurately in accounting, and reconcile any irregularities in receipts Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to support customer queries Responsible for the AR Ageing report to the business stakeholders Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in Los Angeles, CA, and remotely as needed.
