Accounts Receivable Clerk

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $24 to $25 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Processing employer reports and payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with complex billing and collection requirements
- Prepare refund requests
- Process cash entries, ACH and lockbox transactions
- Monitor payment discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary
- Associates/Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related filed preferred
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in insurance, non-profit, or government industry sectors
- Proficiency in processing various types of financial transactions and entries
- Advanced MS Office Excel, and accounting software's QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of accounts receivable principles, standards, and regulations.
