Staff Operations Officer (SOO)

Overview Active TS/SCI w/FS Polygraph clearance required. Responsibilities Demonstrated experience producing complete, concise, and accurate customer related documentation and other written products. Demonstrated experience managing various customer equities across multiple stakeholders including both technical and non-technical staff. Demonstrated experience applying basic program management and customer governance principles to advance cyber activities. Experience with customer systems used to track records and draft and coordinate customer correspondence supporting customer activities. Demonstrated experience with customer-facing tools.
