What you'll do

-Work new leads immediately on arrival, pursue X-dates, and run a structured 7-day follow-up cadence
-Conduct full household needs analyses and sell multi-line coverage: auto and fire bundling, liability and umbrella protection, and life insurance for every qualified household
-Ask for referrals on every sale using our structured referral process
-Hit daily activity standards for dials, connected talk time, and written applications, tracked in our CRM
-Complete our certification track and master the CLOSE sales framework (Connect, Listen, Optimize, Story, Earn)
-Show up on camera for weekly team and sales meetings

What you need

-Active Property & Casualty license — or willingness to obtain one before your start date. We'll walk you through it.
-Proven phone sales experience. Nearly every client interaction happens over the phone, so this is the skill that decides who succeeds here.
-A real remote workspace — quiet, professional, high-speed internet.
Self-management. No one will chase you through your day. You'll need discipline and clean CRM habits.

Base Salary: $42,000- $50,000

Key Responsibilities:

-Outbound Sales Execution: Call new leads within minutes of receipt, work X-dates, and maintain a structured 7-day follow-up cadence.

-Household Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to sell multi-line coverage (auto + fire bundling, liability/umbrella protection, and life insurance for every qualified household).

-Referral Engine: Close every sale with our structured referral process to build a self-sustaining pipeline.

-Activity & Performance: Consistently meet the BMA Daily Activity Standard (dials, connected talk time, and written applications). Track all activity accurately in the BMA Hub.

-Continuous Mastery: Complete the BMA Way Certified training track and -master our CLOSE sales framework (Connect, Listen, Optimize, Story, Earn).

-Team Engagement: Maintain camera-on participation during weekly team and sales meetings.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

-Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (or willingness to obtain before start date — we guide you through the process).

-Phone Sales Mastery: Proven track record in phone-first sales; nearly all client interactions occur over the phone.

-Remote Workspace: Dedicated, quiet, professional work space with high-speed internet.

-Schedule & Discipline: Available during Central Time business hours (time tracked via ADP) with strong self-management and high CRM discipline.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 (commensurate with experience and active licensing).
