Desktop Support Engineer

Job Title

Required: Monitoring level 1 support emails and delegating to front office and back-office support teams across all regions creating and tracking incidents via service now hardware ordering – responsible for receiving and delivering hardware. Coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBM RMA requests with various vendors hardware inventory\stock project coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardware\software rollouts desktop support with front-office and back-office staff collaborate with large diverse teams workstation moves, adds and changes Highly motivated, energetic with great communication skills Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment Regular working hours vary between 6:30am – 6:00pm EST Knowledge of computer hardware, including laptops, desktops and mobile devices and Trading desktop applications Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suite Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPs ITIL knowledge is a plus.
