Location Omaha, NE Position Summary Perform specialized administrative and office associate responsibilities for faculty, staff, and learners in the Division of geriatrics, gerontology, and palliative medicine. Support may include research, clinical, and/or teaching programs to support physician needs. Required Qualifications High school education or equivalent Minimum four years of responsible administrative support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent written and oral communication Ability to multitask Medical terminology knowledge Knowledge of grant submission Ability to adjust to change and last minute projects Preferred Qualifications Health care, education, or business background Experience in a health care or education environment Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SAP, Lotus Notes, eShop, and Concur #J-18808-Ljbffr University Of Nebraska Medical Center
