BrightStars helps families in Rhode Island access QUALITY child care, early learning, and school-age programs. We help child care providers learn about best practices in early learning and apply them to the care children receive. Program Name: Love 4 All Learning Center Elmwood Position Description: Oversee and manage the educational program of the child care facility serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Ensure curriculum aligns with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities. Provide guidance, training, and support to teachers to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management. Monitor child development and learning progress through assessments and observations. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements. Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, child progress, and developmental milestones. Organize professional development opportunities for staff and maintain a positive, nurturing learning environment. Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. How To Apply: Inquire in office or email.
