Responsibilities

• Monitor automotive testing equipment and mechanical rigs
• Keep test data accurate and organized
• Troubleshoot and adjust tests to meet exact specifications
• Perform preventive maintenance and log it properly
• Communicate issues clearly with teammates and engineers
• Work on a steady off-shift schedule with no rotation
• Learn continuously and help train others over time

Qualifications

Education & Experience Minimums:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical experience or strong hands-on aptitude (we'll train the right person)
• Comfortable working with tools, diagnostics, and technical data
• Team mindset and a strong work ethic

Education & Experience Preferred:

• Associate's degree
• Background in automotive, mechanical, industrial, or trade work is a plus

• Test Development and Execution of Testing: Develop and/or apply physical, chemical and mechanical testing to appropriately demonstrate and/or understand the mechanisms for our products performance and to improve the efficiency of product development.
