We strongly encourage applications from diverse communities across race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, national origin, and other marginalized communities.Role Purpose: Operate and maintain equipment safely and effectively for production processing.Major Role Accountabilities:Responsible for operating production lines to ensure quality and accuracy of finished goods, safety, and capacity.Clean and operate equipment according to SOP.Assist mechanics as needed to make machine improvements and replace parts.Maintain a good understanding of all primary packaging equipment and components and partake in daily rotations on the production lines.Key Competencies:Basic computer skills.Positive attitude, team-oriented mind set, and the willingness to learn are required.Ability to strictly adhere to New Chapter and OSHA safety requirements.Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.Proven manufacturing capabilities are preferred.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands accuracy and attention to detail.Understanding of and experience in working within cGMP environment is preferred.ADA Specifications: Position requires lifting and/or carrying up to 40 pounds. Requires standing for 8 or more hours.Experience, Education and Credentials:High school education or GED is preferred.Some manufacturing experience preferred.Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pmThe target pay for this role is $19.00 per hour. The pay provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
