About the role:

As an Administrative Assistant for TQL, you will play an integral role in the culture and employee experience at HQ. You will be responsible for supporting multiple leaders, handle office management responsibilities, culture initiatives, and manage receptionist duties. What you'll be doing:

• Office Management
  • Support morale, events and employee engagement efforts for our 16 Sales teams
  • Assist with onboarding new hires for our 16 Sales teams
  • Oversee the overall cleanliness of the Sales floor
• Leader Support
  • Manage and maintain the manager's schedules
  • Maintain weekly and monthly sales and expense reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with TQL's Travel Team
  • Other tasks as needed to help save leadership time
• Reception Support
  • Greet and escort job applicants through their onsite interviews
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for Sales team meetings
  • Screen incoming calls and transfer to appropriate individuals

• High energy with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multitasking, fast paced environment
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Adaptable to changing priorities
• Have a professional attitude and confidentiality
