Property Administrator

A leading commercial real estate company is seeking a Property Administrator to support property management operations in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Area Director and Assistant Property Manager, handling administrative functions, invoice processing, contract tracking, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including phones, filing, reports, and correspondence Track and maintain COIs, contracts, leases, and vendor documentation Process and code invoices for approval Coordinate bids, service contracts, and purchase orders Support tenant communications and lease administration Monitor work orders and prepare monthly property reports Maintain accurate records in Nexus, Yardi, and other systems Schedule meetings and assist with office operations Required Qualifications: 3+ years of administrative or clerical experience with demonstrated job stability Excellent communication skills and professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Nexus and/or Yardi Commercial real estate or property management experience Experience tracking COIs, contracts, and invoices #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
