Key Qualifications & Responsibilities At least 3‑5 years of warehouse experience. Forklift experience. You enjoy learning about new products and helping customers find new solutions. You work well with a team and enjoy organizing products and processes. You pay attention to the details, such as tracking inventory. You are at your best when you are creating solutions and maintaining goals for your team. Ability to educate and train others. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. Can lift up to 50 pounds.
